Refund policy

At House of Charmant we want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you're not, here's how returns and refunds work.

Right to cancel

If you're in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, email us with your order number.

Returns

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Books must be returned unread and unmarked, in resalable condition. Once you've let us know you'd like to return something, please post it back within 14 days. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund including postage, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we've received your returned item, we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
